- Amruta LSnehal is a wonderful and kind trainer. She is fantastic at helping ease new pregnancy anxiety and preparing you for the big journey. I always feel so calm and refreshed after every session. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Insight Pregnancy classes during this pregnancy. I get a great workout experience, clearer perspective on my pregnancy goals and how to help them come to fruition. I highly recommend the Insight prenatal yoga classes!
- aiswarya bSnehal my trainer she is a shining gem of a person.She is well aware and very informative on what she teaches us Explains every asanas and terms so patiently and clearly..she also makes us to learn slogans and bhagans which is very good for our baby. I wait for each session to start. I would highly recommend all new mom's to be out there to attend this prenatal yoga sessions.
- Savika PSnehal’s classes were an immense help to me through my pregnancy! They are the reason my second trimester was energetic and ache free , a rarity while carrying twins. Snehal is extremely knowledgable about the how’s and why’s of yoga during pregnancy- and so she is able to cater to individual symptoms. For me the biggest help was that she tailored the exercises to suit my body and condition with clear explanations on how that helps. This is definitely in the must have list of things one needs to be healthy while pregnant. Highly recommended .
